Yesterday when I was standing in the long line in the P.O. A woman finished and turned around and gave the lady behind her some money and told her she was paying it forward. She told her Merry Christmas! The lady was stunned! I think we all were. You don’t see anyone doing something nice at the P.O.
The spirit of Christmas shows up in the best ways. This is a lovely story Our post office in Columbia is also wonderful. Jill Spencer and all her crew always go the extra mile to treat everyone like family. I have to say, I’m always pleasantly happy when I leave the PO. I have two that I use in town and staff in both are always so very helpful and pleasant. People like Stacy remind us what it is to be community.
